✔ 20 years experience in IT recruitment, including 2 in a candidate sourcing role, 10 in a recruiter role (top biller 2015) and 8 in management

✔ Built processes, hired, trained, and managed a Candidate Resourcing Team from scratch (average 30% increase of number of placements each year)

The worst of what I've seen in IT recruitment is battles of egos, selfishness, "my way or the highway" management style, babysitting people and other horror story we can share when we have a chat
